Agreement to Terms
By using the services of BlueRipple Indio Pool Care, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any pool cleaning or maintenance work.
Services Provided
BlueRipple Indio Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Indio, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspection services.
Scheduling and Cancellations
When you schedule a service appointment with us, we commit our technicians and resources to your job. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For weekly service customers, if you need to skip a scheduled visit, please let us know at least one business day in advance. This helps us plan our routes efficiently and serve all our customers better.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we offer convenient automatic payment options.
If additional work is discovered during a scheduled visit, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any repairs or services beyond the original scope. You will only be charged for work you have authorized.
Access to Your Property
You grant us permission to access your pool and related equipment during scheduled service times. For weekly service customers, this may include accessing your property when you are not home. We take care to respect your property and ensure gates are securely closed after each visit.
If you have pets, please let us know so we can coordinate safe access. We love animals, but we need to know about them to protect both your pets and our technicians.
Liability and Warranties
We carry full liability insurance and guarantee our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to pool equipment that was not caused by our services. If we discover issues with your pool or equipment, we will inform you and provide recommendations for repairs.
For equipment repairs, we warranty our labor for 30 days. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment vary by product and will be explained at the time of service.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your pool meets our high standards.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify our regular customers. Your continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
